Ron's primary areas of practice include: estate, tax and business planning; real estate and construction law; commercial litigation; corporate law; employment law and equipment lease law. He served as President of the University of Detroit Student Bar Association, was Associate Editor of the University of Detroit Law Review, and is the author of several University of Detroit Law Review articles. Ron served twelve years as a commissioned officer in the United States Marine Corps and was selected for promotion to Major. He also served as assistant Dean at the University of Detroit Law School. He is admitted to practice in the State courts of both Michigan and Ohio and the Eastern and Western Federal District courts of Michigan. Ron also holds the following additional professional licenses, designations and registrations: Real Estate Broker, Residential Builder, Paramedic, Life and Health Insurance Producer, Financial Advisor (Series 7, 63 and 65 Registrations), Certified Commercial Investment Member (C.C.I.M.), Chartered Life Underwriter (C.L.U.), Chartered Financial Consultant (Ch.F.C.), and is a Member of Counselors of Real Estate (C.R.E.). MeLisa's primary areas of practice include: litigation; family law; estate and business planning; wills, trusts and estates; corporate law; real estate law; construction law; and commercial law. She is admitted to practice in State courts of Michigan and Eastern Federal District Courts. She holds Institute of Continued Legal Education Certificates in Estate Planning and Family Law and has been trained by the Collaborative Practice Institute of Michigan to practice Collaborative Divorce. She is also a member of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity. MeLisa's education includes: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School, during which time she was a guest student at the University of San Diego School of Law and completed the Institute on International and Comparative Law in Paris, France and the Institute on International and Comparative Law in Barcelona, Spain; She also attended Monash University in Melbourn, Australia and University of Canterbury in Christchurch, New Zealand. MeLisa is currently completing her Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing at Walsh College and has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Michigan State University.

Jerry's primary areas of practice include: estate and tax planning; wills, trusts and estates; probate and trust administration; business law; and business planning. During the past 15 years, he has personally developed more than 4,000 estate plans. He is a frequent speaker on estate and business planning on WJR-AM radio and at professional development events, charitable organizations, and corporations including General Motors, Ford Motor Company, IBM, DTE Energy, Oakland County Pre-Retirement program, Knights of Columbus, and Detroit Urban League. Jerry is a member of the Michigan State Bar sections on probate and estate planning, taxation, and elder law. His education includes: Juris Doctorate (J.D.), Higgins Scholar, University of Notre Dame Law School, during which time he served as a law clerk for Michigan Supreme Court Justice Patricia J. Boyle; Masters of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Accounting and Taxation with honors, University of Notre Dame Business School; and Bachelor of Science and Arts (B.S.A.) in Finance & Managerial Economics with high honors, University of Michigan, Dearborn.

George's primary areas of practice include: estate planning; trust administration; probate; contested estates; Medicaid; commercial litigation; collections; real estate; and family law. He is admitted to practice in State courts of Michigan and Eastern Federal District Courts. George is knowledgeable in the Greek language and is past president elect of the Hellenic Bar Association of Michigan. He is a member of the Delta Theta Phi International Law Fraternity, and a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Michigan sections on probate, elder law, real estate and family law. George has been a frequent speaker for financial professionals on such topics as estate administration, Medicaid planning, and family law. Douglas E. Kuthy, Of Counsel
Doug's primary areas of practice are bankruptcy, divorce, commercial litigation, and criminal defense. Prior to beginning his practice, he was an intern to former Congressmen James G. O'Hara and James J. Blanchard, who later became governor. He was also a judicial clerk to the Hon. Richard D. Kuhn, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge and Research Intern for the Hon. Gene Schnelz, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge. He is admitted to practice in the State courts of Michigan and Florida, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Doug is also a hearing panelist for the Attorney Discipline Board, a former Special Assistant Attorney General, and has taught business law at the University of Michigan. Doug's education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in English from the University of Michigan and a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from the Detroit College of Law.

Mr. DeLong's primary areas of practice include: estate planning; taxation; business law; business succession planning; real estate; and probate administration. He has performed post-graduate work in the Masters of Laws in Taxation program at Wayne State University and is a frequent speaker on estate planning and business succession issues. Don's education includes: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) with honors from Wayne State University; and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in History with high honors from Michigan State University.
